When Christian was born they said he was 18 inches long. Since Lauren wasn't much bigger and we only saw him for a moment that seemed right. However, after 2 days he measured 20 inches. Now I know babies grow at amazing speed but 2 inches in 2 days is a little much. 3 days later he was still 20 inches so I think there was a oops, of course when a baby is having respiratory trouble, height is not so important. 20 inches would explain his LONG arms, legs and fingers. Good heaven 16 days early, 7# 4 oz and 20 inches, how big would he have been if I'd cooked him any longer. :-)
