I have now experience canning. On Monday Daniels' mother taught me how to can green beans. I was so excited. I have wanted to learn forever and now I know how to do it. It was so easy: clean, cut, fill, salt, water, pressure cook and cool. Voile. It was a great sense of accomplishment. Now we have 36 pints of green beans, to have with all that milk, LOL
