Christmas.....finally

ALIYAH'S PRESCHOOL CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

Aliyah did such a good job in her schools Christmas program.  She looked adorable.  She memorized her part, which was: We especailly love to hear fun Christmas tales of when snowmen come alive through magic spells.  PaPa, New Grandma, Grandma and Grandpa Staheli, Lauren, Aunt Yvonne and Mom and Dad came to watch.  After Mr and Mrs Claus came.  Aliyah is afraid of Santa but agreed to tell Mrs. Claus she wanted a cinderella doll for Christmas.

CHRISTMAS EVE

We were all together on Christmas Eve at my moms house.  We played several games together and the kids had so much fun just being together.  We played a relay game where we had to stick as many cotton balls to our face and which ever team had the most cottonballs on their faces, without holding them, won.  Daniel, Richard, me and Robert won, mostly because Robert had 26 cottonballs in his mouth alone.  Then we played a game that was mix between a white elephant and the 12 days of Christmas.  It was fun but the best part was when PaPa won christmas socks that were a tid-bit girly but wore them like a man all night and the next day.  All the kids got to open their Christmas PJs and they all got sleeping bags from Grandma.  They were all so tired and it shows in the picture. We also played the reindeer game again and all the families took a picture as reindeer.

CHRISTMAS

We spent Christmas morning together too.  We had our traditional ebleseviers and eggs breakfast.  Yum! Then as most Christmas's go we spent the rest of  the day enjoying our presents and visiting.  Well except me who got the pleasure of laying around waiting for the morning sickness to pass.  We got up at 6am for Christmas, which was  a little late for us but circumstances as they were mom and I decided instead of waking the kids we would wait till the kids woke up.  Of course it was mine that woke up and YEAH we could finally start Christmas.  Lauren gave PaPa a great Christmas gift, she allowed him to carry her down stairs where Daniel and I were and Christmas was set out.
